How does REmuse work? 

REmuse is a curated secondhand marketplace where sellers can anonymously list items they no longer need. Buyers can browse the listings, add items to their cart, and securely check out. All orders are shipped with track & trace.

Are there any selling fees?

Sellers keep 85% of the sale price. REmuse takes a 15% commission to cover platform costs, payment processing, and customer support.

How are sellers kept anonymous?

Sellers' identities are never shown to buyers. All transactions go through REmuse, and shipping labels are generated without the seller's personal address. Buyers only see product information and shipment details, not personal data.

Who handles shipping?

Buyers pay for shipping at checkout. REmuse generates a shipping label once the order is placed, which the seller prints and uses to ship the item within 10 working days. You can drop off your package at any PostNL location.

Do I need an account to buy on REmuse?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, if you want to sell items, you'll need to create a seller account at admin.remuse.store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL and credit card for secure and easy checkout.

Do items need to be brand new or unused?

No. Items can be preloved and gently used. You describe the condition of your item in the listing so buyers know exactly what to expect.

How long does my listing stay active?

Your listing stays active for as long as you want. You can remove or update it anytime until it sells.

Can I return a product?

As most items are second-hand PR products and sold by independent sellers, all sales
are final — unless a return is required by law (e.g. damaged or misrepresented items).

What if my item is damaged or not as described?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact REmuse within 14 days of receiving
the product. We’ll review the case and mediate between you and the seller to find a fair
resolution.

When is the seller paid?

Funds are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction
with the item. This helps protect both sides and prevent fraud.

What if a buyer never confirms receipt?

We use track & trace to verify delivery. If the item was never collected, it will be returned to you as the seller. If the item is lost in transit, both buyer and seller will be refunded.

Can I buy from multiple sellers at once?

Yes, but please note: each seller will ship their own item(s), and separate shipping costs
will apply. You’ll receive a separate track & trace number for each shipment.

What products are not allowed on REmuse?

We do not allow the listing of illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or otherwise restricted
products (e.g. prescription medication, weapons, food, or adult content). Listings that
violate these rules will be removed.
